Join Durgan Travel on our 9-day/7-night tour to the fabulous French Riviera! We will enjoy 7-nights accommodations at the Hotel Croisette Beach (or similar), which is ideally suited in Cannes! A few steps from the world-famous Croisette and the luxury boutiques of the Rue d'Antibes, the Hotel Croisette Beach offers 94 air conditioned rooms, all with direct-dial telephone, color cable television, mini-bar and private safe. The Hotel Croisette Beach also offers its own restaurant, bar, garden, sauna, swimming pool and parking garage.

DAY 1: BOSTON~INTERMEDIATE STOP~NICE: Depart Boston's Logan Airport in the late afternoon on our transatlantic flight to France (with an intermediate stop). Dinner and breakfast will be served aloft.

DAY 2: NICE~CANNES: Arrive in Nice in the morning and enjoy a ride along the Cote d'Azure to Cannes. We're then off to the Hotel Croisette Beach (or similar) in Cannes for check-in. The remainder of the day is free time to rest and relax or visit the cities and beaches of French Riviera. (D)

DAY 3: NICE: We will enjoy a full-day visit to one of the French Riviera's most famous spots, Nice! We will go on a guided walking tour of the Old Town and take a leisurely drive along the famous Baie des Anglais, followed by a stroll along the promenade to take-in some of the historic sites, such as the Hotel Negresco. Lunch will be in Nice and then the afternoon is free to shop, relax, or explore this charming town. We will return to our hotel late in the afternoon. Dinner is at the hotel this evening (CB, L, D)

DAY 4: MONTE CARLO~CANNES: After breakfast, we will head-off for a full-day excursion to Monte Carlo, including a panoramic tour of the city during the morning. Box lunches, prepared by the hotel, will be served for the noon meal. The afternoon is at our leisure to explore the city, stroll the water-front, or, perhaps, visit the Royal Palace or the Monte Carlo Casino. We will return to the hotel to freshen-up and have dinner. And then we are off for a night at the Casino in Cannes, for those that feel lucky! (CB, L, D)

DAY 5: GRASSE: We will have another full-day excursion today, but our destination will be Grasse, "the capital of perfume". Firstly, we will take a guided walking tour of the town, followed by an exciting visit to one of the local perfume laboratories. We will have lunch in Grasse followed by a visit to the medieval town of St. Paul de Vence for browsing and shopping. We will return to the hotel late that afternoon. (CB, L, D)

DAY 6: AIX-EN-PROVENCE: Another wonderful full-day excursion has been planned for us this day when we visit the capital of the Provence region, Aix-en-Provence, which is also the home of the famous French impressionist painter, Paul Cezanne. Our morning will be occupied with a walking tour of the Old Town section of the city, led by a local guide. After our lunch in Aix-en-Provence, we will have an opportunity to visit Cezanne's workshop. Dinner at the hotel. (CB, L, D)

DAY 7: ST. TROPEZ: This morning, following breakfast, we will have a wonderful excursion to St. Tropez, the famous haunt for celebrities, artists and couture. Our time here will be at leisure to enjoy a Pastis (the national cocktail of France) in one of the many sidewalk cafes in the old port or browse through the many charming shops and boutiques. A box lunch will be provided. We will return to Cannes in the late afternoon for dinner followed by a visit to the world-famous casino in Monte Carlo. DAY 8: CANNES: After breakfast, we will have the remainder of the morning at our leisure to relax, explore, or shop. We will enjoy a free afternoon in Cannes to stroll along the boulevard, soak up some sun at the wonderful beaches, or just enjoy an aperitif at a sidewalk cafe. We will return to the hotel for a farewell dinner. (CB, D)

DAY 9: NICE~BOSTON: We will depart for the Nice Airport after breakfast for our transatlantic flight (via an intermediate stop) back to the U.S.A.. (B)

OUR 9-DAY/7-NIGHT FRENCH RIVIERA TOUR INCLUDES ALL OF THE FOLLOWING

• Special meeting and assistance at the Logan and Nice Airports.
• Round trip jet transportation Boston-intermediate stop-Nice (and return) with full meal and beverage service en route.
• Round trip airport transfers and daily sightseeing in a luxury temperature-controlled motorcoach.
• 7-nights at the lovely Hotel Croisette Beach (or similar) based on twin occupancy. Single supplement is $TBA and triples are available at the twin rate.
• All room and meal taxes and basic gratuities to bellmen, chambermaids, and dining room staff are included, however, it is recommended that a supplemental tip for chambermaids and dining room wait staff, as well as a customary driver and escort gratuity, be made at the end of the tour.
